Step 2: Sourcing and Screening

We know recruitment can be a BIG pain point. But we LOVE it ! Our team of Talent Acquisition Specialists take care of this stage using class leading technology, A.I. and good old fashioned hard work. ALL applicants go through rigorous screening and security background checks prior to being presented to you.

Step 3: Candidate Presentation and Final Interview

We will present you with only the best of the shortlisted candidates. This will include their total monthly cost. Often our team will have vetted hundreds of applications to get to this point. We will ask for your feedback and availability for final interviews. Given the marketplace for talent is hot, we will present candidates as they become available. Ultimately the choice of who you add to your team is up to you.

Step 4: Choose your EXTENDA team member and get set for GO!!

This is where it gets exciting, it’s time to make a Job Offer to your EXTENDA team member/members and agree on a start date. Now bear in mind some of the best talent will be required to work out notice periods (Normally 30 days) in their current roles and we respect that. This will give you and your team time to prepare for one of the most important stages in this process, ONBOARDING and Induction. (Let’s think BEST PRACTICE!)

Step 5: Onboarding

Once your new team has completed their Job Offer we will supply all related I.T. and tools required whether setting up remotely working from home, in our modern facility in Clark or from one of our dedicated office suites. Rest assured your people are in good hands.

Your team will complete a one day induction into the Extenda team to ensure they are set up for success and no where to turn for support.

Our HR team will organise a formal introduction and handover of your new team and then its over to you!

Step 6: On Going Support

Our team is here to support you on all fronts and help is a chat, email or phone call away. We have Western Management available to you on both sides of the water. We are here for your long term success.
