Essential Job Functions:

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Perform accounts payable functions with coding accuracy
● Interpreting the NDIS Price List and determining which category the invoice can be paid
● Follow up with providers via email to obtain additional information in order to process invoices
● Entering confidential client plans in to our salesforce system
● General data processing


Qualifications and Experience:

● At least 1 to 2 years of Bookkeeping experience
● Proficient in Accounts Payable
● Advanced data entry and coding
● Background on disability benefits in Australia and experience in email follow-ups would be an advantage
● Technology and Systems Savvy
● Can do attitude
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Confident and friendly manner
● Ability to take initiative and make decisions
● Great attention to detail
● Ability to self-manage your workflow and multitask
● Demonstrated experience handling online technology and systems
● A strong track record of success in managing operational functions effectively
● Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
